The strategies might be a nobrainer but will still be listed.

Flood
Facts
- will swallow over every tile but not empty ones (TownCenter?)
Algorithm
- will swallow 2-9(?) tiles with a max. distance of 2
- will spawn lakes on empty tiles until until a total of 8 is reached
Strategy
- If lakes are near to any city remove or replace them by other tiles.
- If no lakes at all/few lakes do exist (number?) place some at various places as far away from cities as possible.
Inside Job
Facts
- will drop 3 level 3 bandit siege weapons in 1 town
