Summary
Placing this on an article will let others know that you are working on it over a reasonable period of time. It will also place the article into the appropriate works in progress category. This template should be inserted into the top of a sandbox's parent (formal) article, to indicate the type of work being carried out, and the work still required or requested. To function as intended, this template needs 4 parameters filled within the brackets, including notes. The notes specify the involvement requested of other editors.
