Below is a list of every Human Resistance Fighter unit in the game - pockets of Humans living in deep space, who will occasionally come help you fight the AI at a planet, and leave when the job is done. All of the ships they use are always at Mark Level II, except for War Siegers and Harvesters, who are at Mark Level I. All of them can also be used by the player.
