Fires a traditional projectile incredibly far and fast.
Notes
This is the reason Epic Snipers have such long faces. With suitable upgrades, it's not too difficult to down a boss with afar and make Assassination missions much simpler. Since you don't need range upgrades on this baby, its practical damage will be far higher than end-game AoE weapons.
Your only problem is getting line of sight and enough distance if you happen to get cocky.
