How to use in your fleet
Multiple science labs on the same planet can gather Knowledge faster. The Mark II lab isn't intended to gather Knowledge faster because the Mark I is much more resource efficient. A Mark II science lab can use its cloaking ability to gather from neutral or dangerous planets. It also can be used to scout Advanced Research Station's content before a research redirection hacking.
