How to use in your fleet
The speed-boost granted by these manipulators is further multiplied by command station boosts. Therefore, each one of these babies with a logistical command will increase the speed of all player and allied ships by 60, 40 on other player-owned planets, and the base 20 on a neutral/hostile planet. This boost is essential to transporting Golems and other slow ship-types around the galaxy in a speedy-manner. These have no effect in systems with a Gravity Drill.
