This massive ship has no direct guns, but does significant attrition damage to all enemy ships once per second. Enemy ships on the current planet will notice that they are damaged by attrition and will turn aggressive, however, so be careful of stirring up enemy planets with the attritioners. One unique side effect of Spire attrition technology is that when an enemy ship is destroyed all its allies (that aren't immune to attrition) take a certain percent of that ship's maximum health as feedback damage. This feedback damage is cumulative with multiple Spirecraft Attritioners and higher mark attritioners cause a higher percentage, but this feedback damage is divided evenly across all affected targets and thus does not greatly damage any one target. Spirecraft are built from a Spirecraft Mining Enclosure built by a Spire Mining Ship. |

How to use in your fleet
The feedback damage for Attritioners of Marks I through V is 0.5 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.5 / 5.0% of the destroyed ship's maximum health (source). The feedback damage for a full cap of Attritioners is therefore 2.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5% for Marks I through V. The attrition dealt by full caps is 1500 / 2400 / 2700 / 2400 / 1500 damage per second. The combined feedback damage for full caps of all marks is 21% of the maximum health of destroyed ships, and the combined damage per second is 10,500 to all ships.
Feedback damage does not trigger for ships destroyed by attrition or feedback. Spirecraft Attritioners retain their full effectiveness when under Force Fields.
