How to use in your fleet
Remember that building them from the Traders gives you a galaxy-wide cap of 1. So if you intend to, then make sure you've already started it before you capture any off the AI.
How to counter when in the AI fleet
The AI will also buy them from the traders from time to time. These Generators can be captured by players, allowing one to ignore the cap.
