This facility doubles as the nerve center and central habitat of a Spire City. It is responsible for the construction and coordination of the city's other structures. A Hub can only be constructed on a planet satisfying the following conditions:
1) Is friendly (has a human command station).
2) Does not have a Home Command Station.
3) Has at least 2 wormholes.
4) No planet within 2 hops in any direction has a Hub. |
