A massive subspace field control facility designed to create stable transit gates between galaxies. Even starting construction on this device will generate such intense subspace signals that the AI will know exactly what we are doing and will attack us with everything it can possibly spare. Note that this structure can only be built on a planet with a human Home Command Station. Only available if the Fallen Spire Campaign is enabled. |

How to use in your fleet
The one building more precious to the player than the Galactic Capitol, building the Transceiver will start the Fallen Spire Campaign's endgame. When you build this, The AI will flip out and throw everything it has at you. The reason is simple: The Spire use these devices to maintain their intergalactic travel network, and the AI destroyed them all so that it could fight and destroy the Spire at the Andromeda galaxy without the interference of the Spire Empire's fleet.
When the Transceiver's 30 minute countdown finishes, the network will be restored, allowing the splintered Imperial Spire Fleet to regroup, and jump to the system the Transceiver is in, joining your army. With that massive and immeasurably powerful fleet, the AI will have no chance whatsoever of winning against you, and you can charge straight towards its Core worlds and destroy them, winning the game.
