How to use in your fleet
Eye Bots are unique crafts that do not rely on standard combat tactics. When powered-down, these ships can move undeteected throughout any AI system in which tachyon detection has been removed (mostly Tachyon Guardians). In contrast it is usually more micro-intensive for a conventional fleet coupled with Cloaker Starships. In term of roles, one might associate these critters with cloaked Bombers: capable of a surprise hit against strategic targets even under Force Fields. However, since they are not polycrystal hulls they can't face off against fortresses.
Immunity to Insta-kill is always a stat to look out for in fleet ships. Being immune from both Ion Cannons and Counter Spies, eye bots are ideal for eliminating such structures ahead of a main invasion.
