These scouts are all perma-cloaked, but every wormhole that one goes through outside of supply drains its health substantially (by 50/34/25/20/17%, for Mk I/II/III/IV/V respectively), but it also regenerates health quickly on a friendly planet. Spirecraft are built from a Spirecraft Mining Enclosure built by a Spire Mining Ship. |
