Prevents all enemy ships (except scouts) from escaping from this planet through wormholes, though enemy ships can still enter through wormholes as normal. Increases AI Progress by 10 when destroyed while under AI control. Note that the AI can buy additional Black Hole Machines during the game from the Zenith Trade Ship, however when bought this way they do not have the +10 AIP on death penalty. |
