Special Forces Guard Post
 Enemy ships assigned to Special Forces patrol between these posts. When an AI gets reinforcements to a planet, each guard post also gets reinforcements.

Note that the AI can purchase additional Special Forces Guard Posts during the game from the Zenith Trade Ship.
