How to use in your fleet
As a triangle ship, the Missile Frigate gains bonuses against Fighters, and a motley of other light and rare hull-types. Its range and strong damage means that you can either take a group and eliminate a guardian with prejudice, or land a first strike again swarms of smaller fighters. One can also use this range to kite, and keep missile frigates in operation for longer. Notable bonus targets for this triangle ship include Lightning, Laser, and Raider Guardians, as well as AI Raid Starships if you can catch them.How to counter when in the AI fleet
Bombers are the triangle ships designed to counter missile frigates. When encountering them in large numbers in your turf, consider unlocking Counter-Missile turrets to nullify their attacks within its protective radius.
